In stock items ship in 1-3 business days and out of stock items ship in 10-14 business days.

Custom orders will be shipped with in 10-14 working days AFTER the artwork has been (approved) signed and received by Eagle Media, Inc.

If you decide to return your merchandise for any reason, it must be returned in its original condition within 30 days and must include an "AR" number. Call 414-427-8427 or Email Eagle at info@eaglemedia.net for an Authorization Return number.

ALL custom/personalized items, special orders and shipping charges are not refundable.

A 15% restocking fee will be charged on refused or returned orders.

We reserve the right to ship products via USPS if we find it is more cost effective.

If damage occurs, you must call the "Shipper" within 5 days to report your claim.

Returns must be reported within 5 days of receiving merchandise.

Non-sufficient funds charge is $30.00.

A sales tax of 5.01% will be charged on all orders that are shipped to a Wisconsin address.
